When you insert the DVD in your computer with a DVD reader you should see this automaticaly.

If it does not automatically display this message or start..............
Search for "Set up Windows  to automatically play CDs and DVD" in your help menu when you click the start button at the bottom left of your screen.  You should see the following instructions.

Set up Windows to automatically play CDs and DVDs

Or...............to do it manually... insert the DVD............go to "my computer" from your start menu.

You will see the DVD displayed.  Double click the below file and start the probrame.

You will then see the following screen displayed
